ReallocationControl provides the following functions:

	Lock array configuration Prevent logical disks or physical disk pools from being adjusted accidentally.
	Logical disk safety Prevent non-mounted volumes with data on them from being provisioned and over-written
	Security Management Initialize logical disks to ensure confidentiality. Maintain disk confidentiality when disks are reconstructed.
